Fortunica Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds or otherwise using the Fortunica platform, a player accepts these terms and conditions in full and agrees to be bound by them for as long as the account remains active. Winstar N.V., operating under Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority Gaming Licence No. ALSI-202501022-F11, reserves the right to amend these terms as described below, and continued use of the account after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Player Requirements

Registration is open only to individuals aged 18 or over. By creating an account, a player confirms they meet this minimum age requirement and that they are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in the jurisdiction from which they connect. Fortunica holds an offshore gaming licence issued in Anjouan and does not hold an Australian domestic gambling licence; it is the player’s own responsibility to confirm that using an offshore gaming platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them before registering or depositing. Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device. A player found to hold multiple accounts may have those accounts suspended and any related bonus funds voided.

Registration and Verification

Account opening requires a valid email address, a password and confirmation of date of birth and account currency. Identity verification (KYC) becomes mandatory before a first withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered earlier at the operator’s discretion. Accepted documents include an Australian driver’s licence, a passport or a Medicare card, together with a proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Verification review is typically completed within 72 hours of document submission.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the methods listed in the cashier, including Visa, Mastercard, PayID, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay and a range of cryptocurrencies. All balances are held and settled in Australian dollars.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and to any outstanding wagering requirement on active bonus funds.

Bonuses and Wagering

Bonus offers, including the welcome pack, reload bonuses and cashback, are subject to the specific terms published on the bonus page at the time of activation, including the applicable wagering multiplier, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active and validity windows. Fortunica reserves the right to void bonus funds and related winnings where wagering rules, maximum bet limits or excluded games conditions have not been observed. 18+ only. Terms apply.

Prohibited Conduct

Opening more than one account, colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, using automated software or bots to place bets, and exploiting technical errors for financial gain are all prohibited. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to depositing and withdrawing solely to extract bonus value without genuine play, may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and, in serious cases, account closure.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting a game round, including a display error, a connectivity failure or a software defect, Fortunica reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagered stake to the player’s balance. Recorded game logs take precedence over any on-screen display in the event of a discrepancy.

Limitation of Liability

Fortunica is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player’s side, third-party payment processor delays or events of force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the licensing jurisdiction of Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority, under which Winstar N.V. is licensed. Disputes are handled in the first instance through Fortunica’s own support and complaints process before any escalation to the regulator.

Changes to These Terms

Fortunica may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory, operational or product changes. Material changes are communicated through a notice on the website or by email to the address on file. Continued use of the account after a notified change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
